1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver products nationwide across Kenya through reliable courier and delivery partners. Our coverage includes Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and most other towns and regions.

2. Delivery Options and Timelines

We currently offer the following delivery options:

Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi only) – Available for selected items ordered before 12:00 PM.

Standard Delivery (Nationwide) – 1–2 business days for major towns and 2–3 business days for upcountry areas.

Delivery timelines start once your order is processed and confirmed.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

Nairobi deliveries: Typically are a flat rate of KES 200.

Other regions: Rates depend on the courier service and destination.

All delivery fees must be paid by the customer.

For Pay on Delivery orders, the delivery fee must still be paid even if the customer decides not to accept the item upon delivery.

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team to confirm the exact rider or courier delivery charges before dispatch, especially for locations outside and within Nairobi.

4. Pay on Delivery (POD) Policy

We offer Pay on Delivery for customers who prefer to inspect their products before completing payment.

Eligibility

Pay on Delivery is available for selected products and within specific delivery zones.

The option will be shown at checkout if available for your area.

Payment Terms

Customers must pay the delivery fee in full whether or not they accept the product.

The product cost can be paid in cash or via M-Pesa upon delivery.

Order Confirmation

Our team may contact you to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch. Orders without confirmation may be canceled automatically.

Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable during delivery, our courier will attempt to reach you again. Repeated failed or rejected deliveries may lead to suspension of Pay on Delivery privileges for future orders.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect items before payment. Once payment is made, the sale is considered complete.

Returns or Exchanges

Defective products reported within 48 hours will be eligible for exchange or store credit as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day (Monday–Saturday).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

After dispatch, you will receive an SMS or email confirmation with delivery tracking details.

6. Delays and Exceptions

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to:

Courier service disruptions

Weather conditions

High order volume during promotions or holidays

Inaccurate delivery details

If a delay occurs, we will promptly inform you and work to resolve the issue.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or store credit based on availability.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery details (name, phone, address) are correct before confirming your order. Harvimart Enterprise is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within Kenya. International delivery services are not available at this time.
